Q: What is Cry About It Club?
A: Cry About It Club is a lifestyle brand focused on helping to open up the conversations surrounding mental health. Additionally, a portion from each item sold goes directly to mental health nonprofits actively working to change the stigma and provide support to those who need it.
Q: I have an order issue / question. How do I get in touch with you?
A: You can reach us at hello@cryabouticlub.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response from our team.
Q: I live outside of the U.S. Do you ship there and how much does it cost?
A: We ship outside of the U.S.! Once you’ve added a product to your cart and begin the checkout process, you’ll be able to calculate your shipping cost based on your shipping address.
Q: How quickly do you ship out orders?
A: Since we are a small business, we do our best to ship our orders out each week if not more frequently.
Q: Do you accept returns / exchanges?
A: We do not accept returns at this time. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out at hello@cryabouticlub.com.
Q: An item that I’m interested in is out of stock!
A: The restocking of each item is based on demand. By selecting the “notify me when available” button on the item you’re interested in, you’ll automatically be contacted once we restock.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: We’re proud to partner with Raw Paw, a local Austin, TX company for all of our softgood products.
Q: Are your products available for wholesale?
A: Not currently.
